The Additional Features module enhances the app with tools for document management, scheduling, and attendance.

6.1 Document Management System

  • Purpose: To organize and store coaching-related documents securely.

  • Detailed Functionality:

    • Documents:
      • Contracts, medical forms, consent forms.
      • Training plans, session notes from coaches.
    • Features:
      • Upload (PDF, JPEG, max 10MB), download, share.
      • Organize into folders (e.g., “Medical,” “Training”).
      • Search by name or tags.
    • Edge Cases:
      • Handle corrupted files with validation.
      • Support bulk uploads (up to 5 files).

  • User Flow:

    1. Parent opens “Documents” tab.
    2. Uploads or views documents.
    3. Organizes into folders or searches.
